Lindsey Houseman ’03 Married

Lindsey Houseman, who graduated from Scott in 2003, and  Kraig Piper tied the knot  on Saturday December 13th, 2014 ( 12/13/14 – the last date like this for 100 years)!! The beautiful ceremony was at Lakeside Presbyterian Church and the fun reception was at The Grand in Covington. They are traveling for their Honeymoon in January to enjoy the Holidays here.  Kraig is surprising Lindsey but she does know they are going to a beach!

Nicole Saylor ’03 Marries

Nicole Saylor from the Scott Class of 2003 married Jason Burkhart of  Lawton, Oklahoma on December 2, 2014.  They were married in a simple ceremony at the court house.  They had a small, intimate reception at the Rib Crib.  We wish them them the very best as they travel life’s road together.

Brittany Cook ’05 Marries

Brittany Cook ’05 is delighted to announce their wedding.  She married  Joe Konen from Ft. Thomas Kentucky who graduated from Florida State University in Tallahasee Florida.
The beautiful wedding was October 25, 2014 at Immanuel United Methodist Church with the reception party and celebration being held at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Downtown Cincinnati in the Hall of Mirrors. They enjoyed a fanastic  honeymoon in Hawaii.  Best Wishes as they begin their life together.

 

2009 Sets Reunion Date

There is going to be a very informal get together for anyone who is interested in coming and catching up with members of the ’09 class on December 19th at Longneck’s in Wilder.  Happy hour at Longnecks runs until 7, but begins again at 11 pm.  The time is set  as 6:30, so that people could stop by after work before the happy hour ends, but people are welcome to stop by at any point during the night!

Marriage of Carly Messmer ’03

Carly Messmer ’03  married Adam Hickey (Campbell County High School Class of 2003) May 31st, 2014 in a beautiful ceremony at St. Pius X in Edgewood.   The fun-filled  reception was at Receptions, Inc. in Erlanger.  Carly and Adam honeymooned in Paris, France; San Sebastian,  and Bilbao, Spain.  Great destinations for a super couple.  Our congratulations to them.

Stephanie Muth ’08 ties the Knot

Stephanie Muth ’08  married Jimmy Ryan on  August 2nd  at 6:00 p.m. at Mother Of God Church in Covington  The beautiful and fun reception entertained everyone at  DeVannas On The lake. The  magical  honeymoon unfolds on September  11-21 with a cruise to the Bahamas.  Our best wishes to Stephanie and Jimmy.

Ann Isaacs becomes Ann O’Connor

 

 

 

 

Ann was married Oct 26, 2013 at Cathedral Christ the King in Lexington KY. Patrick O’Connor was a graduate of St. X Cincinnati in 2002 and Ann graduated from Scott  in 2001. Patrick is an attorney for Frost, Brown and Todd in Lexington and Ann is an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse for UK healthcare in Lexington.

 

 

Michelle Ryan ’08 Marries Dustin Hopkins ’04

On July 13, 2013, a beautiful wedding ceremony was celebrated on their small farm followed by a fun reception  at St. Pat’s church. It was a  fairy tale country wedding  and the turn out was impressive.  The Scott members of the  wedding party were Nick Quigley,Liz Quigley, Nikki Scott, Jay Hopkins, and Derek Leistner.  As Michelle  remarked, ” pretty cool how we Eagles stick together” !  Best wishes to the couple for many happy years together.

Scott Christopher Haders, age 25, of Covington, KY passed away on July 6, 2013 at his home. Aganist All Odds, over coming many obstacles, Scott had fulfilled all requirements for a Major in Geology & a Minor in Geography at Northern Kentucky University. Scott was was an avid Athlete. While at Scott High School, Scott was one of Coach ” Jerry’s Kid’s”; A member of the Track & Cross Country Teams and an Integral, Accomplished Swimmer. Scott was also a Lifetime member of the Coney Island Aquanauts, receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award & setting several pool and team records. Scott was a self-taught Musician on multiple instruments including the Bass Guitar, Lead Guitar & Drums as well as being a Lead Vocalist. Scott’s debut band was “No Where Fast”. He composed original music for his group & later bands that followed. He was also a member of the Presbyterian Church. Scott is survived by His Parents: Daniel J. & Melissa S. Haders; Sisters: Muffey Haders and Salley Haders; Brother: Danny J. (Allison) Haders, II; Maternal Grandfather: Wayne B. Phillips; Nephews: Danny J. Haders, III and Cole Hudson Haders. The Visitation will be on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 5 PM until the Funeral Service at 7 PM.
