Covington – Conard Owens, 45, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas. He was a server for the Metropolitan Club and Summit Hills Country Club. Conard was a member of ISQCCBE of Cincinnati where he was Empress 17 and Ms. Red and White. Conard was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Carrie Owens; brothers, Roger and Donnie Owens. Survivors include his husband, Dennis Ruckert of Covington; brothers, Ronnie Owens of Taylor Mill, Billie (Charlotte) Owens of Delhi, OH; multiple nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Nancy Ruckert of NJ, Janet Polk and Sharon Ruckert both of Pittsburgh. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 10:00AM until the hour of Service at 12:00PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
