Independence – Franklin R. Hartley, 47, of Independence, Kentucky passed away very unexpectedly on April 3, 2018. The family has suggested memorial contributions be made to St. Patrick Church, Taylor Mill, Kentucky.
A visitation will be held on his birthday, April 12, 2018 from 9 am – 10:30 am. at Floral Hills Funeral Home. A Christian Blessing will follow at 10:30.
