It is with great sadness that we share the news of 1981 Scott graduate Lisa Perkins Witterstaetter’s passing on January 9th after a quick and brutal battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Lisa leaves behind her husband Dan and 2 sons Joe and Tom. She also leaves brothers, Steve Perkins (class of 1983), Greg Perkins (class of 89), sisters Debby and Terri Perkins Adams (class of 1985), plus, multiple extended family members and friends.

Some Scott High School alumni that attended include Jayelynn Brabson, Melissa Eldridge, Blake Jordan, John Cioffi (Jackson), Julie Cioffi Brawley and Michael Fitzgerald. We wish the couple continued happiness and prosperity.
Robert “Bobby” Carroll ’90 Passes Away
Robert “Bobby” Kash Carroll, 41, of Ryland Heights, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014. He was a cement finisher for Carroll Concrete. Bobby enjoyed watching NASCAR, working, Bengals football, UK basketball, and fishing.
He is preceded by his father Bobby Carroll in 2007. Survivors include his mother Ada Carroll of Ryland Heights; sister Amy (Eric) Fey of Crittenden; niece Kayla Fey; uncles Bill Carroll, Robert Raleigh, Joe Raleigh, Lee Raleigh, and Dean Raleigh; aunt Wanda Carroll; and many friends.
A visitation for Bobby will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2014 from 5PM until 8PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Funeral Services for Bobby will be Wednesday, August 6, 2014 beginning at 11AM, also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.

David Rust ’89 to Bellevue
David Rust ’89, former principal of Ludlow Middle School and R.A. Jones Middle School, received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Kentucky and has accepted the role as Director of Academic Services for the Bellevue School System. He joins Robb Smith ’89 who was selected as Superintendent. No doubt these gentlemen will have great success improving the schools in Bellevue.
Robb Smith ’89 Named Bellevue Superintendent
Congratulations to Robb Smith for being named Superintendent of Bellevue Schools. Robb is a 1989 graduate of SHS. He started his career in Kenton County as a math teacher and SHS Baseball Coach. He later moved to Oldham County and worked as Principal of N Oldham MS. He presently is a Secondary Supervisor with the Bullitt County Schools. Robb and his wife Karin will be returning to Northern Kentucky with their two biological children. Robb and Karin are in the process of adopting two children from the Republic of the Congo.
Amy Moore ’97 Marries
We are happy to announce that Amy Moore, Class of ’97, married Joe Bulach of Sunman, IN on May 11, 2013 at St. Peter’s in Brookville, Iindiana. The Reception was at the Harrison Knights of Columbus Hall in Harrison, Ohio. After their honeymoon at Niagra Falls, They currently reside in Sunman, Indiana.
Kristie Graham’07 Weds Sean Kelly ’07
Sean Kelly and Kristie started dating freshman year (2004) when they met in Mr. Hudson’s English class. The couple got engaged on St. Patrick’s day, March 17, 2012 and married October 6, 2012 at St. Henry’s church in Erlanger, Ky. The reception was at the Fort Thomas Armory where they enjoyed a vintage themed night. Off they went to Cancun, Mexico Best wishes to the couple!They enjoyed a Sandals Resort in Cancun.
