Unfortunately there is sad news to report. Thomas Jude Gallagher, M.D., passed away on November 26, 2012. Tom is survived by his parents, Tom and Judy Gallagher of Edgewood, KY. He is survived by his sister, Kathleen (Jim) and his brother, Andrew(Stephanie). He is also survived by his niece, Madeleine and nephew, David. Visitation will be at Mother of God Church on Monday, December 3rd from 5:30 to 6:30. Mass will follow at 6:30. Interment in Mother of God Cemetery in Fort Wright, KY.
